Vision boards, affirmations, meditations - they are all just tools for embodiment

As the title of this article suggests, I want to discuss the topic of appearance tools. There are many of these, but the affirmations, meditation, and vision boards are among the most popular and effective. I’ll briefly describe each of these and their purpose, but then I want to discuss the role – and potential limits – of these tools more generally.

Meditation is a very useful technique for relaxing the mind and body and creating a state of what is sometimes called neutrality. That is, when you are in meditation, you do not invest or give too much energy to any particular thought or emotion. This is useful in an indirect but very important way for the pretending process, as being too attached to an outcome can hinder this process. Meditation is a powerful way to relax and allow things to unfold at their own pace.

Affirmations are a more active appearance tool. It involves focusing on a specific goal or desire and repeating it, either out loud or on paper (or on a computer screen). It is best to use all of these methods of affirmation – spoken and written. This imprints your desire on all parts of your mind, including your subconscious. When you affirm, don’t worry if you don’t believe with absolute certainty in what you’re saying. The goal is to change your beliefs in the desired direction; You don’t have to be perfect.

Vision boards are like a visual form of affirmation. They are images that can be taken from anywhere – magazines, newspapers or created by you – that represent your desires. It can be related to a specific desire, such as the image of a house that looks like the one you would like to own. or it could be more symbolic; For example, an image of a lion might represent strength for you. Vision boards are a very good accompaniment to affirmations. Between the two, you use both sides of your brain — the more verbal left side and the more articulate right side.

The reason I say all of the above are “only” rendering tools is because none of these methods, as great as they are, are really necessary to get what you want. The universe operates according to its own laws, such as the Law of Attraction. There is no demand that you use this or that technique or magic word. The important thing is to be in a receptive state of mind. If these techniques – or any others – can help you do so, by all means, use them. However, keep in mind that the *real* goal isn’t just to go through the motions of working a method, but to feel like you’re in total acceptance.

Techniques can be powerful tools in your quest to master the Law of Attraction, but they are tools, not the goal itself. I mentioned earlier the potential limits of using these techniques. They can only constrain you if you think that all you have to do is repeat the process over and over again – like you can do boring work every day, without really thinking about it while your mind is elsewhere. This won’t do you any harm, but it won’t speed up the appearance process either. Whether you use these tools, others, or no tools at all, the secret is to truly believe in the abundance of the universe and be open to receiving abundance at all times.
